As COO, I am responsible for setting the firm’s operational strategy and delivering a coherent day-to-day operating model. I partner with the CEO and senior leadership team to ensure our services are delivered into the market at scale and with efficiency. I will work closely with our advisor and client services teams to better understand and respond to the evolving needs of our clients and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience.

Leveraging nearly 14 years in global strategy, governance and transformation for a leading investment bank and a further 9 years as a management consultant, I have a passion for problem solving, from design through delivery. My goal is to support the firm’s continued expansion while maintaining a stable operating model that enables continued focus on its clients.
