As a former Chief Compliance Officer and CFO of a firm acquired by Sequoia, she has firsthand experience navigating the complexities of an acquisition, giving her a deep understanding of both the technical and human aspects of the transition process.

Her focus is on ensuring a smooth regulatory and financial integration by conducting thorough due diligence. She reviews acquisition candidates’ Regulatory ADV filings and staff U4 records, identifying areas that require adjustments early in the process. Additionally, she works to secure the necessary data to update firm-wide insurance coverage, mitigating risks and ensuring proper protection for all parties involved.
