About Shawn
Shawn Hayward brings more than twenty years experience in the Advisory and Wealth Planning sector to every client interaction. His role includes building relationships with his clients and understanding what’s important to them. He assists his clients in recognizing that money is a tool that can propel them toward achieving their goals and help protect them from life’s challenges. His work is centered around helping client families live a balanced and enjoyable life.
Shawn says many people feel uncomfortable discussing finances because they feel they should already understand certain concepts. But there’s no reason to feel uncomfortable, and it only hurts the planning process and outcome. Instead, they can talk through ideas in a non-judgmental way and demystify financial concepts. Once they start articulating their dreams and goals, Shawn can guide clients in building an investment strategy to help achieve them. He asks himself, “What would I do if they were my family members?” and treats them how he’d want to be treated.
Shawn has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
A native and resident of Peabody, Massachusetts, he lives with his wife Jackie, eight-year-old twin daughters, and pet dog Cocoa. He enjoys campfires with family and friends.
